Important information regarding Health & Safety

This sets out the additional measures Reflex Health Heaven is taking to protect safety and health for all.

What we ask you to do

Please do not make a booking if:

• You have any flu like symptoms such as a sore throat, cough, runny nose and/or fever

• You have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid in the last 10 days

Please reschedule your booking if you experience the above, even if you think it is the beginning of a cold or a seasonal flu.

Please use the hand sanitiser at the entrance provided by the clinic with instructions from Work Health and Safety.

What Reflex Health Haven is doing:

• Regular hand sanitising and hand washing during and between clients

• Face mask worn all times during the consultations

• All linen washed hot (as always)

• Pump dispenser and individual spoon for each client for creams (as always)

• 70% alcohol cleaner for all surfaces pre and post appointments

• Reduction of number of clients per day allowing extra time to undertake cleaning between each session.
